Aim: To apply Mindfulness Practise, Attachment Theory & Internal Family Systems
Work to the development of a satisfying relationship with yourself and others.

  • Identify ways of helping clients build a lasting, secure attachment with themselves and others
  • To understand the latest research and theory related to Attachment work
  • Helping clients understand the role of neuropsychology in developing vertical and horizontal integration
  • Discover the relevance of Internal Family Systems work to developing a loving relationship with yourself and others
  • Develop self-leadership skills necessary for a satisfying relationship with yourself and others
  • Incorporate ACT Principles in doing couples work
  • Recognise the importance of loving yourself for everyone else’s sake
